On Dec 6th, 2017, during the dismantling of Unit 4 roof, a piece of Mi-8 helicopter's tail was found that crashed in '86. The accident happened due to the absence of an alarm rail at the high-altitude crane rope. The helicopter touched the rope by its blades and crashed. All 4 crew members died.
