I had my first wedding dress fitting yesterday...🫠
Weight loss is incredibly hard! It is as much physical as it is mental. Many of us don't have support (even from our own spouses/family), struggle with addition, depression and a lack of education around healthy choices. The name for this community says it all - Weight Loss Support. We are here to support one another. Our community is different than other weight/fitness focused communities as we do NOT tolerate any unkind or uncivil behavior. This is a SAFE community for weight loss.
