My art Zhalmauyz kempir — in Kazakh mythology, an evil creature in the form of an old woman in rags. She has seven heads and sharp nails. She was considered an ogre and a child thief. The name of the monster is translated from Kazakh as «devouring mouth», and the word «kempir» means «old woman».
