I can't figure out why EVERY game I play no matter how old or easy to run. The game runs like shit I have a fairly high end PC and every game I play I have super inconsistent frames. And if I look around quickly at all I drop to less than 30 FPS I have no panels on the desktop and A/C blowing on it.
