I can't make my vertical monitor have the wallpaper dynamically fill the whole screen anymore?

Okay looks like I solved my own problem. So I switched wallpaper engine to beta and now cloning is working how it used to. If you don't know how:

WOW! Thank you so much for helping out! I was stuck on a makeshift incomplete method where I had to manually set both my monitors to the same wallpaper, which isn't all that bad, but now the method switching to beta works in its entirety now! Too bad it has not yet been resolved by the developers to revert it back on the actual build. I appreciate that you took the time to chime in and figure this out on your own. Cheers mate!

I found a fix, go to display and change the setting to wallpaper per display then select the same wallpaper on both monitors and it'll fill.

THANK YOU SO MUCH! It finally works this way, but it seems unfortunate that this is probably the only setting to allow the support to fill my vertical monitor. However, since I have a setup where my wallpaper randomly changes to a different one at a time interval, is there a way to make the secondary monitor clone to the primary monitor's wallpaper all the time? I tried using the "Copy to" monitor option in the display setting (photo below), but I've switched between different wallpapers and the vertical monitor goes back to displaying the good ol' landscape wallpaper bug as if we were dealing with the default clone wallpaper display setting all over again.
