how do i get prestige skin?

I feel kinda dumb asking it but its my first time. I spared 60 essence over...years? never spent it, and with faker pass i can get around 120 more so i started asking myself if i can get zyra prestige. Buuuuuuut, at the same time i have no clue where can i buy it!
