What to do with medium length stories?

So, I know publishing isn't everything by any means, but I have to admit I like the idea of other people reading my writing. Even better if I get to be compensated for it. Unfortunately, most of the stuff I write is in that weird spot where it's too long to be considered a short story anymore, but not long enough to be a novel either.

Sites like Wattpad and Quotev are more focused on romance and fanfiction, neither of which I write. I wouldn't know how to run my own blog, and considering the state of my social life I think I would have more people see it if I just left the open document on the basement computer of my local public library. There are always friends and family, but I can't help but think I could do more here. Any ideas?
