What happened to Honor on old characters?

I logged in to a very very old alt today in hopes of finding some honor I could transfer to my main. This char had titles in classic and logging in even gave me exalted with Stormpike Guard, which in turn gave me my 90th exalted achievement.

Anyway, this character had 0 honor or any other PvP currency, which seems almost impossible with the amount of PvP I have done.

Did they remove it or did it not get converted properly?
