What are your most physically unusual gods?

Most of the gods in my world are humanoid, as they’re perceived and worshipped by humans. But one is different: the God of Disease is a swirling sentient cloud with many human arms coming out in different directions. The arms rotate slowly around its cloudy body. Usually ending in fists, the arms occasionally stop moving to open its hands and release swarms of flies, which spread disease. It is unfeeling, mute, and mostly outside the comprehension of humans, who just see the arms.

Which gods of yours stand out the most visually? Really give them detail to flesh them out, so to speak.
