How to name a space political organization?

I'm no good with politics and I struggled a lot choosing a form of government for my intergalactic society/community, at the end, I chose a Confederacy. In this confederacy, the Capital Planet is a planet named Delaya, filled with trillions of people including humans and other alien races.

After thinking all of this, I noticed I had no name for this confederacy. It's easier with an Empire since you can name it based on the Royal Family name, or the original place before conquering, I guess. But a Confederacy where a lot of different species with different language and religions are part of it, I don't think giving it a "proper name" would work? How to name this kind of groups or government? Just "Confederacy of [something]"?
