Weak wrists

I can bench 100kg etc but when every morning my wrists feel like they are gonna snap or sprain when I pick up the kettle 😂 is there anything I can do. Should I buy straps or train wrists / forearms a little more but my forearms are already solid looking and defined. Even when I say pose to flex triceps my wrists are sore and I do not have arthritis 😂. Thanks
