How do I get skinny

I’m struggling with stomach fat and leg/thigh fat. I know your supposed to go on a calorie deficit but I can’t, I don’t have enough time to burn off the calories, I’m trying to eat less but enough food to keep me full. I don’t eat a lot of protein and I’m trying to walk a mile at least, everyday. Any tips for getting skinny? Or losing weight/fat loss? I’d really appreciate it.
