Trying to Become Healthy Again

Hey all, I am 27, 6'3 308lbs. Have been struggling with depression, anxiety, and panic for years, and had a massive breakdown where I was unable to work for half a year, and am finally back to work today. Along with that I have decided it is time to start eating healthier and working out. Currently limited to $292 a month in foodstamps, and with how tired my meds make me have to have caffiene to be functional. I managed to, somehow, maintain my weight over these last few months, meaning small changes should lead to good results. Looking for advice on lighter exercise routines and nutrition.
