A Knight World has come across an unholy xenos abominable intelligence so they send out their boys to destroy it. Could an Imperial Knight from WH40k bring down Optimus Prime from the Transformers series? If one couldn't, how many would it take?

Optimus Prime is from the live action movies. The Knights can be any pattern with any weapons you want. Battle takes place in a blasted out cityscape.
