The Thousand Sons and the Iron Warriors (warhammer 40k) vs The Galactic Empire (Star Wars)

Magnus pulls off a ritual to open a portal to a different dimension (all daemons can exist as normal in the Star Wars universe, all sorcery can be used as normal) and prepares his legion for war, with the full might of the iron warriors called for support. They are able to bring supplies and troops from their galaxy into the Star Wars universe for resupplying and reinforcing.

Both full traitor legions with their daemon primarchs, all of their battlefleets, their legions, countless billion mortal followers, and unending daemon armies invade the Galactic Empire. They also have some support from the dark mechanicum in the form of titans and knights. Can they conquer it?

Round 2: Same as round one but replace the Thousand sons with the Death Guard

Round 3: a full 14th Black Crusade is called on the Galactic empire, with all traitor legions and daemon engines of the dark mechanicum (titans and knights included).

EDIT: all legions are full strength as of 40k, so not full 200,000 space marine legions just a large collection of war bands.
