Casein is amazing?

Don't mind me being caffien addict. But I'm surprised casein protein powder before bed actually helps by a decent amount.

This is 33 no's and 17 yes's. Most likely way this would be bad for you is if the digestion interrupted sleep, but is whoop going to actually measure that as part of casein score or just sleep score.

Had to note it down as "protein" in the journal too. But yeah everytime I have it (about 2 hrs before bed seems best) I get way more energy next day.
