Elementary/middle school book about a teacher/nanny who used unconventional methods to teach children to be better. Specifically, I remember a scene about her serving increasingly small plates to a picky eater in order to get them to finish their plate.

I remember reading it when I was younger, but I don't remember much beyond the aforementioned details and that it may have been titled with the format "Ms. ____'s Home for ____ Children." (Granted, that may just be getting the title confused with Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children which is not what I'm talking about.) This detail may be a red herring though so I didn't mention it in the title. Anyone happen to recognize what I'm talking about?

Edit: Well, that got solved quickly. It was the Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle series. Thanks to u/janefromvegas for finding it.
