Is Arctic Freezer III Contact Frame the best option? Are there better alternatives that are worth buying?

Hi, for my upcoming PC Build I am going to use the Arctic Liquid Freezer III 420mm cooler but I have heard that the contact frame is mediocre, so I was thinking of buying a Thermal Grizzly LGA 1700 TG-CF-i13G CPU Contact Frame, is it worth it? Or maybe there are better ones? Or maybe Arctic has a sufficient one.

I will be using an Intel Core i9-14900K CPU on an Asus ROG MAXIMUS Z790 DARK HERO motherboard.
