What was the weirdest thing customers put in random areas?

This was a raw shrimp someone left in toys for at least two weeks and I never bothered to clean it. Not long ago my coworker said he worked in toys and also noticed a few of them? A FEW!!!! Why do Walmart never hold people accountable for this crap?
