Is this flag unoriginal to you?

This is the flag of the United States of the West/USW (cheesy name, I know. I tried). The country is composed of the 13 of the US’s former states, hence the 13 stars. Since this nation was a part of the United States, the flag inverts the color pattern to better represent it’s independence while still holding similar characteristics to its predecessor like the canton and the 13 stripes. The only reason I’d say it’s unoriginal is because it looks too much like the flag of West Papua and Cuba, sharing the same bold star and bright blue. Gimme your thoughts :)
