If your car was stolen in the chittenden county area it was probably the kids that go by “802kiaboyz” on Instagram. It’s crazy we have teenagers filming felony grand larceny and posting it on social media and nothing is done about it.

They literally post their own police chases… part of me just has to laugh at how comical our local judicial system has become.
