Anyway to shrink a jersey?

Hi, I recently got new jerseys with my team and my order got messed up (our fault, not the company's) and i got a medium when I usually wear a small or x small. (Small is pretty big on me already, im short LOL). Does anyone have tips on shrinking or adjusting the size in anyway?

The jerseys are 100% polyester. We didn't get them from the usual ultimate suppliers (VC, Five) but the material is similar. Any tips you got, thanks!

*I could just play in the larger jersey, I just wanted to see if there was anything I could do.
