Any updates on Ben Golden?

This was the guy who brutally assaulted an uber driver and was once an executive at Taco Bell. He got charged but I can’t seem to find what exactly his charges were. Also, he countersued the Uber driver who he assaulted for $5 million, and I can’t find anything on that.
