Should I switch my kid’s nap schedule?
My son is 10.5 months and is an inconsistent night sleeper. Occasionally he sleeps through the night (7p-6a) but the past week he’s been waking up 5-6 times throughout the night. I’m assuming it’s because he’s teething. But I’m so tired and this feels like there’s no end in sight. He’s perfectly happy and great during the day.
Currently his schedule is: breakfast 8, bottle 830, nap 10-11, snack/bottle 11, lunch 12, nap 1-3, snack/bottle 3, dinner 6, bath, bottle, bed by 730.
I’m considering switching his naps so that the 2 hour nap is 930-1130a and making his lunch nap shorter from 2-3p
Has anyone tried this? What’s your experience been?
