Throwing up after breakfast

Our 15 month old has thrown up 5-6 times in the past few weeks, always right after breakfast. It’s just once, not very much, and she seems totally fine before and after, but I feel like now it’s happened too many times to be a coincidence. She has her 15 month appointment this week with her pediatrician so we’ll definitely ask about it then, but just curious if anyone else has experienced this and what it turned out to be.
