How do single parents handle being sick with a toddler who doesn’t watch TV

My 18month old got a stomach virus and has been sick since Monday and I basically caught it today. Our stomachs are not okay! I’m a single mom and my work is flexible so I can call out without issue but when I look for advice everyone says screens and tv but my daughter won’t really pay attention to the tv or screens for very long. She’s very active! I’ll put Ms Rachel on or Sesame Street on the tv for her but it’s basically just background noise while she’s climbs and plays etc. Anyone else have a similar kiddo with advice on what to do if you’re sick with no support?
