Do NOT go to an IMAX movie!

Since watching a ridiculously loud movie at an IMAX cinema, my high pitch tinnitus has got noticeably worse. It’s my own fault not taking ear plugs and thinking about it at the time, but I just didn’t think about my existing tinnitus. I really hope my tinnitus quiets down, but it’s much much louder since. I highly recommend taking earplugs to a cinema and consider avoid IMAX at all costs!
