Isn't it concerning??

I mean it shows that how our government failed to protect data. We have to go through a whole to of process to change a simple thing but they can't even protect it. And also are they dumb. I mean someone have my name and phone number. Even if it is correct or incorrect I don't care. But if they have phone numbers and name of 81.5 crores people than it is an entirely different matter.
