Can a president run their campaign from their place of residence?
Let's say for talkings sake, it's 1976 and Elvis is running for president. Can he run his campaign, I.E. have his campaign headquarters after being officially selected as the Republican nominee, from his home of Graceland?
Or are there laws against that sort of thing? Like it would be beiwed as a confilct of interest? Would he have to move, or would it not count as he had imminently lived there beforehand?
