This is proof that I’m the pushover friend.. how do I respond?

I finally have realized after far too long that I’ve just been used and taken advantage of all my life by friends. High school & college was moderately ok and normal but since it’s gone downhill. I am such a people pleaser & thought you just make friendship work long term. But I finally can recognize the patterns & feel so lonely since I had to start putting up boundaries.

This friend clearly admits to sucking as a friend & van see ignored my last month old texts. And then of course asks me for a desperate favor :( Should I just leave it blank?
