First issue with testerup - bingo blitz (iOS)

Referred my other half who went right for Bingo Blitz. Testerup registered the install and launch but will not recognise any progress.

i also signed up, same thing, registered the launch but no progress.

Faq says it can be up to 48 hours (sometimes) for progress to show but never has this so far,
