Can't Uninstall QTTabBar (ver 2048)

So well, I use computers daily. And I installed a program called QTTabBar (It's really obscure). And I installed version 2048. Then I wanted to uninstall it. And when I try to uninstall it. It said I needed some program. I've trying reinstalling. Didn't work. And it's really sad. It even caused me to be really sad a few times. And also my anti-virus (McAfee) flagged a file called SetupHelper.exe after I installed it. Anyone can fix it?
