GTA 5 kills my SSD

I installed GTA 5 on my computer and it wasn't working at all. I've been able to play for a few minutes until it crashed without notice. After that I noticed my HDD being used at 100% whenever I tried launching any game on that disk. I then figured it out that my disk was just dying, so I replaced it with a brand new ssd. After 6 months had passed since the purchase of the new ssd, I tried installing GTA 5 again. Just to stumble upon the same issue. Every symptom is the same: crashes, 100% usage. In both cases everything worked perfect before I installed GTA 5. Has anybody ran in the same issue as me? I'm starting to give up, ngl, this whole situation pisses me of a lot. What can I do to fix it? I don't want to buy new disk again.
