Tattoo and lymphoma: worries and evidences

I have a full sleeve tattoo on my right arm and two other big tattoos on my left arm.

I recently stumbled upon two studies which went pretty popular on the tattoo community in the latest years, which show an increased amount of risk of getting lymphoma because of tattoos.

Are these studies’ evidences solid? What do you think about them? I honestly am getting pretty worried, I wish I would’ve stumbled upon them sooner.
