Making New Abilities for Pokémon (Part 4)

Okay so fourth part of this series! I guess today's theme is "Fairies get destroyed", not intentionally but yeah!

Nonbeliever - I like to think of new ways Pokémon can interact with type chart. I was thinking and this ability was the first thing that came to my mind. Main purpose? Make fairies less powerful and give Tyrantrum and Bewear some sort of niche. I didn't think of how Swoobat can use it but it's other abilities (Simple, Klutz and Unaware) imply that it's stupid so why not. Tyrantrum was chosen as face of this ability because it turns it's weakness to fairy into resistance, since it's a rock type.

Dragon Heart - What if Rocky Payload but one of the most op types? Originally it was just that but I was thinking about it and no, Gyarados doesn't need STAB Outrage with Dragon Dance, so I decided to implement a drawback. Drampa gets this ability because I don't think it's really that strong, might be banned in PU idk.

Desperate - I hate misses but making no guard clone would be kinda boring imo so...passive metronome it is! Slightly changed so that your Mamoswine will not explode just because of Icicle Crash miss.

Afterburner - There's imo no reason to use regular Typholosion over Hisui Typholosion so I decided to give regular Typholosion something that Hisui Typholosion doesn't have. It was inspired by Venoshock, aka Hex but bad.

Puff Up - I.LOVE.WIGGLYTUFF! I honestly can say a lot about Wigglytuff and how it should've gotten huge power but today I decided to think of defensive Wiggly. It's already kinda defensive but it's pretty bad at it, the most useful it can do is use wish because of it's massive HP. So what if that massive HP was mixed with good defenses?:] Thankfully Wiggly can't learn toxic in Gen 9, so it has to attack to deal damage. And about Drifblim, well, let it take knock off for once.
