Belly pain (3 days post BilSalp)

I had my laparoscopic surgery Thursday morning and the pain overall hasn’t been as bad as I anticipated, except my stomach is still extremely sensitive all around the incision. It doesn’t look infected. My lower two incisions aren’t as painful or sensitive. I know I have some bloating still, but is this normal? It’s Sunday or I’d call my doctor. Even the lightest touch of something against my stomach makes me wince.
