First SGC sub came back, slightly disappointed

First off I sent a signed and inscribed Hank Aaron piece of paper that for some reason isn’t in the box I received back, I guess I will reach out and hope they can find it? Second there were 3 of the 5 cards that I cracked out of PSA slabs that came back in a lower grade, one that stayed the same :/ I was happy with a couple of the grades but in all I’m a bit disappointed after all the good things I’ve heard about SGC recently, I still love the look of the slabs though.
