Is this Patrick's real full name?

I'm not sure if Patrick's real full name is "Patrick John Desmond McDonalder," since in show he is referred as "Patrick Star" or simple as "Patrick" and it sounds a bit suspicious. Meanwhile I taked a deep look at the screenshot and I realised now that info about his name is taken from a fanon wiki (fanons are wikis where the users are allowed to create fan fiction), and this means that Patrick's "Patrick John Desmond McDonalder" name has a chance to be fake.
