Stick shooters

Does anyone in here have any experience with stick shooters (single fork sling?) I went to make a natural PFS yesterday but found the fork to be split so knocked one up having never seen one before just because I thought it was a fun/dumb idea, didn’t realise they were actually a thing!

My question is about band setup and whether I can use a regular band/tube set or have to use the single band way I have seen others use?
