Freezing when sleeping/waiting

Having a problem where the game freezes any time i try to sleep or wait in game. The game doesn't crash and doesn't leave a crash log, it just freezes and i have to shut it down from the task manager. Any ideas why this is happening? Any fixes?

I've tried to deactivate autosaves. No use. I downloaded LOOT. No use. I don't know what the problem could be.
