Stuck on "Read Waking Dreams" Objective (Xbox)

I'm on the quest "At the Summit of Apocrypha". I've unlocked all words for Bend Will and am on the objective to read Waking Dreams but whenever I try to read the book nothing happens. I've tried waiting a few days, leaving Solstheim, and even reloading a previous save but nothing works. I also noticed I have 2 copies of it. Is there a way to fix this or am I doomed to never finish it? I don't want to have a to start a whole new character just to finish one DLC.
