How cooked I'm I? In regards with acne

Oily acne prone skin. Has been using retenoid for around 6 months in and out along with moisturizer. To be frank all skin care started only before 6 months. And the damage has been done before itself. Now recently started using salicylic acid serum on alternate nights. Am on the right path to geta clear skin? Also I'm not able to get any beard like only some hairs here and there but otherwise nothing.
