Hi! Can anyone suggest the best way to fix damaged buttonhole stitching as cleanly as possible? I’m worried about wearing it as-is without fixing these. Thanks!

I recently received this jacket in brand-new condition and some of the buttonholes unfortunately had been cut off-center which resulted in some of the stitching coming out and exposing the raw fabric edges which I’m very worried will fray if I wear it as-is. I’m decent at hand-sewing buttons and other basic repairs, but since this is a very precise and probably technical repair, I wanted to ask for advice. Thank you for your time!
