Just had a game against sett using Illaoi

I'm sorry, but what is riot thinking having a character who can, not only immobilize you, but throw you and become unstoppable , along with an attack that has a LONG and WIDE range. How on earth does anyone counter this shit? It's beyond ridiculous.
