is there a way to self-host wikipedia and update/sync every X days?

title. I have 2x nas, and one backs up the other at a weekly interval. i'd like to self-host wikipedia, but I don't want to have to redo the entire thing every so often as it gets out of date and doesnt have the edits/new pages. I would manage vulnerabilities to vandalism and other errors via my own backup solution.
