Internship at Gulfstream Aerospace.

Any of you guys apply to summer internships at Gulf. I applied on 2/25 and I recently received an email from them last Friday 3/8 that said that my application was forwarded to the hiring manager and they will contact me if selected for an interview. I also had a recommendation. Does anyone know how long the process takes or when I will hear back also what happens when an application is forwarded to the hiring manager?
