International Mail Status Not Updating

I have three tracked International mail on the way to me. They were all sent at different times.

The first from Brazil (letter sized) was sent on May 2nd. It left Brazil on the 10th. The status is still "item leaving overseas." This just arrived (June 9th) without ever updating the tracking.

A second from Indonesia (package) was sent on May 17th. It left Indonesia on May 19th. The status is still "departure from outward office of exchange." This arrived on May 30th.

The third package (package) is from Chile. It was sent May 23rd and left Chile on the 23rd too. It is still in "item leaving overseas." This arrived (June 10th) without updating the tracking.

My guess is just that Royal Mail is not updating package tracking, or some of them may already be in Heathrow and just haven't been scanned yet. Has anyone else receiving international mail found the same thing?
