Charcuterie style local snack and gift recommendations?

I am looking to create some charcuterie style gift baskets for the holidays this year, and I want to fill them with products local to the area. What would you recommend? The baskets don’t have to be filled entirely with food items either! What are some local highlights that you would include in a gift like this? Who are your favorite local vendors at the farmers markets, in stores nearby, or just independent sellers?
