Human torch should've been a ground character who's ult makes him fly and shoot fireballs

His kit doesn't really work together other than to do tick damage which is very bad as it just makes people support batteries. He barely works as a flyer and doesn't really do all that much damage. While unique he just doesn't have a good place over the op storm or tank shredder iron man
