Best place to live in the US that’s mostly warm year round, blue state, good community?

I’m looking to move somewhere warm and sunny mostly year round, ( not extremely humid like Florida), it doesn’t have to be hot all the time but maybe has mild winters like in the 60’s. I just hate the cold and gloom, I deal with a lot of health issues and I’m looking for a place I can live a healthier lifestyle in every way possible. I am a single female working as a server right now so I need to be able to afford to support myself independently. I am looking for other jobs like remote work but would most likely start out serving to make sure I have enough money to get started. It is pretty important for me to be in a blue state. I’m looking for a nice community like a place that has many things to do but is affordable to live for a single person. (I know, how ridiculous of me to ask for so much). I’m not super active with hiking but wouldn’t mind doing easy hikes, I like to swim, go to the gym, I’m really hoping to get into other ways of exercising like Pilates or something. I’m 29 years old and I am looking to make new friends. I’m in that awkward age range where a lot of my friends are now married with kids and don’t go out anymore. I don’t want to go to clubs or anything but I would like find people my age who are like me, choosing to remain childless and like to travel and still socialize, which is why I say I’m looking for a good community. I know this is a long shot and I’m basically describing a fiction place but if you live anywhere that’s even remotely like this please do let me know, thanks
